Shift: M-Th 6:30 am – 5 pm; Fri 6:30 am- 3pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Power Washer / Pressure Washing Technician to perform commercial cleaning outside the facility.

The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washers and related cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences, buildings, parking lots, and other exterior surfaces.
• Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and treatments based on the surface and type of dirt or staining.
• Inspect surfaces before beginning work and identify potential damage or areas requiring special care.
• Protect surrounding property during cleaning.
• Set up, transport, maintain, and properly store pressure-washing equipment and supplies.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper equipment-operating techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete jobs according to company quality standards.
• Report equipment problems, property damage, or safety concerns to management.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of pressure-washing equipment.
• Follow all applicable workplace and environmental safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous pressure-washing or exterior cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate pressure-washing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and customer-service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies.
• Ability to handle hoses, pressure-washing equipment, and cleaning supplies safely.
