Picker/Packer

Motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer needed for a growing facility in Canton!

1st shift: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM

In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products, efficiently packing orders, and ensuring timely shipment to our customers. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will help maintain smooth warehouse operations, support inventory accuracy, and contribute to exceptional order fulfillment. Duties

• Use barcode scanning systems and RF scanners to accurately pick items for customer orders according to order specifications
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit
• Load and unload shipments using manual handling techniques and heavy equipment while adhering to safety protocols
• Ensure order accuracy through quality control checks before shipping, verifying items against packing lists and order details
• Follow shipping & receiving procedures, including proper documentation and barcode scanning for logistics tracking

Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of order picking and packing using handheld scanners and a strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems for efficient stock control. Excellent organizational skills and a high school diploma or GED also required.
