Shift Information:

  • 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Required Skills:

  • Superior phone etiquette
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask to complete tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 year certificate from a certified college or technical school or two years of relevant previous administrative experience
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License and eligibility for insurance through the client

Job Description:

For this position, the HR Assistant will be responsible for general administrative duties such as; data entry, copying, filing, assisting employees, conducting audits for the HR Department, advising upon corrective action, scanning, preparing files, processing mail, and other duties as assigned. Additionally, this position will act as a fill-in for the absence of the receptionist.
