We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment
  • Assist with customer support inquiries and provide exceptional service to clients
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Support office management by coordinating office events, maintaining office cleanliness, and running errands as needed

Skills:

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficient in using computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Customer service-oriented with excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
