Earned Time Off

In order to best serve our employees and provide more flexibility in our benefits, effective January 1st, 2009 we have amended our eligibility process to an “Earned Time Off” or “ETO” program.


This allows every employee to earn paid time day off (ETO Time) for every 520 regular hours worked.  Each earned day may be used for sick time, personal leave, holiday pay, bereavement, or vacation time.


After an employee has worked 1800 regular hours in any given calendar year, their benefit will enrich in the following year of employment so that they will earn two (2) ETO days for every 520 regular hours worked.  ETO time will accrue annually providing there is no break in service greater than 90 days and must be used in the current year earned.


Employees must provide adequate notice prior to redeeming ETO Time to prevent delay in payroll processing (Except for “sick time” at least one weeks notice is required.)


This benefits program will allow Phoenix Services employees the flexibility to use their “Earned Time Off” as it best meets their individual needs and/or circumstances.


Phoenix Services ETO Program has been formulated from the suggestions of our employees to meet the ever changing demands of the contingent workplace.


Referral Bonus

As a Phoenix Employee we want to reward you for referring other quality employees to join our firm. If you provide us with a referral that works on an assignment of at least 80 hours, we’ll reward you with a bonus of $50.00 or more depending on that candidate’s skill level. It’s just our way of thanking you for helping us maintain the hardest-working team of staffing professionals anywhere!
