Growing management consulting firm that provides services to the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industry on a global scale is in need of a Technical Recruiter to join their team.
Source, recruit, screen and select applicants for a variety of technical positions
Match applicants to current job openings based on experience level
Source new candidates for future openings
List job openings on job boards, social media, corporate career websites and other possible channels
Verify/check references of potential candidates
Initiate drug screening and interpret results
Compose offer letters/emails and negotiate compensation and/or benefits
Participate in implementing new recruiting technology
Provide support for accounting and payroll as needed
Sales and marketing functions
Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of proven recruiting experience, preferably in the life science or pharmaceutical industry, a Bachelor degree and the ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
