Description

Phoenix Services is currently recruiting new Team Leads for an automotive supplier in Perrysburg, OH. This 1st shift position will be long term with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidates! Duties will include supervising and coordinating all activities of 3-4 employees while meeting or exceeding productivity.

Requirements

Applicants must be available to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays. Qualified applicants will need to have verifiable work history, the ability to stand for extended periods of time and have at least 2 years of previous production/team leading experience.
