Office Administrative Assistant
Region: Ann Arbor
Rate: $17 per hour
Busy real estate office in Ann Arbor is hiring for a full time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant!
Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm.
You would be responsible for greeting all incoming guests with a friendly and upbeat attitude, answering incoming phone calls and maintaining the overall appearance of the office.
Arrange and confirm all showing appointments
Write "Thank-You" cards to customers
Process new listings and transactions
Put together and maintain supply of closing packets and open house packets
Ensure all checklists, buyer books, pre-listing packets, etc. are always available for agents use when needed
Maintain phone system and copier
Maintain working order of the office (includes ensuring supplies are ordered, light cleaning of the office and common areas, arrange for snow removal
Complete any other projects as needed to ensure the office is running smoothly
Qualified candidates will have a demonstrated ability to remain focused in a fast-paced, fast-changing office environment and at least 1 year of administrative support experience. Outstanding MS Office skills are required; experience using Salesforce is a plus!
