Description

Phoenix Services is now recruiting for a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative for a thriving manufacturing company located in Perrysburg, OH. This client company has been in operation since 2005, is steadily growing and supplying 100% USA made products! This 1st shift position will be Monday-Friday with working hours of 8:30am – 5pm. Ideal candidates must have strong mechanical aptitude to facilitate customers with assembly questions along with the ability to assist with technical issues such as registering products and loading of digital programs.

Requirements

Excellent problem solving skills, strong trouble shooting skills, the ability to communicate via phone and email to find effective solutions to equipment malfunctions, as well as computer literacy are all a must! This is an excellent opportunity for possible permanent placement for the right candidate. Proof of a HS Diploma or GED and the ability to pass all pre-employment testing are required.
